Deaconess Missionary LaTrisha Mitchell is a licensed missionary in the Church of God in Christ and current role is to assist the bishop organizationally, taking administrative tasks off the bishop's hands so that he can focus more time on visiting the sick, sermon preparation, prayer, pastoral and ecumenical duties as well as community engagement.  She also assists with maintaining the bishop's calendar, hosting the bishop guests and making sure all feel welcome when visiting the Office of the Bishop.  As a licensed Deaconess Missionary, she also assists in other liturgical functions and ordinances of the Church.
